Today's weight: 274.6 (-1.8 from yesterday. Woohoo!!!)
Today's walk / run: 3 miles in 50 (same route, same time. Still trying to beat it.)

What do you do when there are certain things that you are waiting for, but they don't come? I'm not talking about big things. Just little ones. A check that's supposedly in the mail. An e-mail from a friend.

Tests of patience, I guess.

Today's walk / run: 4333 steps, 3 miles in 50 minutes

I figured out a walk route I want to do, so I'm going to stick to that and try to beat my time everyday.

I didn't do a creative thing yesterday, so I have to make up for it by doing two things today.

Today's walk: 4285 steps / 2.75 miles (Now the pedometer seems to be more accurate)

Progress. A day's work pays off. Now to keep going with this. So far I'm still excited about the project.

Day 120. Here's what I've got so far:

Starting weight: 279.00 lbs.
Today's walk: 2.72 miles. Although my pedometer said 3000 steps. I think it's sorely inaccurate. I'll stick to it, though.
Creative thing I did today: I finished a song, entitled "Astronomical." I've been trying to get it done for months. I finally decided to just finish it.

Tomorrow I'm starting 120days.

I want to lose at least 30 pounds in four months, as well as generally improve my shoddy life.

Here are some of my goals:
  • Take a workout walk everyday.
  • Lift weights
  • Drink 8 glasses of water.
  • Eat less / eat right.
  • Weigh myself everyday at 7:30 a.m. to compare results.
  • Do at least one creative thing per day, so I wouldn't be lazy.
  • Design a marker for each day to go with the blog.
  • Blog my results here.
I bought a digital scale so I could keep track of my weight and be more encouraged to keep my pace. This website on lifehack inspired me to do it.
