Today's walk / run: 3 miles in 50 (same route, same time. Still trying to beat it.)
What do you do when there are certain things that you are waiting for, but they don't come? I'm not talking about big things. Just little ones. A check that's supposedly in the mail. An e-mail from a friend.
Tests of patience, I guess.
